Psychological assistance and counselling
Free, confidential short-term counselling, with 1–7 sessions depending on needs. Request an initial assessment through sve@etsmtl.ca or +1 514 396-8942, or visit Student Services in room E-3040. Initial assessment meetings are offered within 5 working days. Office hours: Monday–Thursday, 9 a.m.–noon and 1–4:30 p.m.; Friday, 9 a.m.–noon and 1–4 p.m.
Conversation mental health service
AÉÉTS service powered by Dialogue offering mental health consultations without out-of-pocket payment, including online self-therapy, support, and virtual or in-person therapy.

Help with registration, student records, admission conditions and official documents. Contact via Info-ÉTS or call 514 396-8893 / 1 888 394-7888. From September 14, 2026, the service counter is open Monday–Thursday, 10 a.m.–4 p.m.; use Info-ÉTS on Fridays and at other times.
Financial aid and budget advice
Office of Student Life staff provide help with Quebec Loans and Bursaries applications, forms, assessments and changes in circumstances. Students experiencing financial difficulties can email AideFinanciere@etsmtl.ca for budget planning advice.
IT and authentication support
Submit authentication and multi-factor authentication service requests through GUS. A non-authenticated request option is available for students unable to log in.
